Payment

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. All shop policies are considered accepted with purchase.

Returns and exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchases so if you change your mind and would like a refund, let us know within 14 days of receipt and then return the goods unused.

We will give you a full refund of the amount paid but you will be responsible for the return postage.
***Please note this does not apply to personalised items, a refund will not be offered if you change your mind after we have made the item***.
We require that any goods returned to us have been shown reasonable care while in your possession. You will need to pay for any delivery/postage charges.
Refunds will only be made once goods have been returned in good condition.

Please retain proof of posting as this will be needed should goods be lost in transit.

If a refund is approved, it will be given via the same method that the original payment was made in.
An adjustment to the refunded amount will be made if a voucher taken at the time of ordering no longer applies.
For your convenience you can access the returns process in your online account, by signing in and clicking on 'My Account'. In the 'Account Options' please click on 'Return an Item' and follow the pages. A return label will be emailed to you.
